Working With Us Is Easy
1. Book a consultation.
- We will go through a series of questions together in order to understand your goals and needs.
2. Initial assessment.
- We assess your nutrition habits, body composition, lifestyle and abilities, in order to create the best plan for you.
3. Getting started.
- Depending upon your fitness level, we will recommend an individual personal training plan. As well as offering face to face training in the Bath area we also work online, so you can train with us from anywhere in the world.
4. Begin in as little as 48 hours.
- Once we have collected all of the information we need, we will need 48 hours to design your plan or arrange your first session.
5. We use a special platform to deliver the programme.
- You will receive access to our platform where we can track your workouts, nutrition, habits and progress.
6. Regular communication.
- Whether you are doing personal training, following a nutrition plan, or have enrolled on one of our comprehensive courses, you will have access to our coaches throughout the week.
7. Teaching you the correct technique.
- We will teach you the correct technique of each exercise.
8. Tracking your progress.
- The best plan is the one that works for you. We will support you every step of the process.
9. Improving your habits and mindset.
- To achieve the best results, we need to look at your stress levels, sleep, social life and mindset. You need to balance those elements to turn fitness into a long-term habit.
10. Support and motivation.
- It is easy to follow a plan when everything is going well, but circumstances change quick, so expect useful advice that will help you to adapt.
