Working With Us Is Easy

1. Book A Consultation. 

- We will go through a series of questions together to clarify your aspirations, to talk about what methods and practices we would use to help you to achieve them, and to decide what kind of plan would work best for you.

 

2. Goal Setting and Initial Assessment.

- Here we decide upon goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound. We also assess your current fitness level, nutrition habits, body composition, lifestyle, and movement ability, so that we can deliver the most effective fitness experience.

 

3. Programming and Instruction.

- Once we have all of the information we need, we design your nutrition plan, exercise program, and arrange your first personal training session, depending upon your package. We will then guide you through each exercise, demonstrating the proper form and technique required to make training effective. We offer face to face training in the Bath area, and we also work online, so you can train with us from anywhere in the world.

4. Progress Tracking.

- We will track your progress week by week, and make adjustments to your program as needed to ensure that you are staying motivated and personally accountable, whilst moving powerfully towards your goals. This includes scheduling regular check-ins, troubleshooting sessions, and fitness assessments.

5. Support and Knowledge.

- The best plan is the one that works for you. To achieve the best results, we will teach you how to train and eat correctly, how to manage your stress and energy levels, how to get better sleep, how to balance your fitness journey with your social life, and how to empower your daily mindset.
