Vegan Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter Mug Cake

This mug cake is the ultimate one-serving breakfast or snack idea and takes no time at all to make. It is fluffy and tastes heavenly with the added fruit, chia and hemp seeds.
We love to enjoy this cake with a protein bar and a drizzle of agave syrup.

Enjoy the recipe:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 10g oats
- 50ml of oat milk, or other of your choice
- 1tbsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- baking powder
Method:
1. In a large mug or small oven dish, mix everything together until there is no lumps
2. Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes depending on the oven type.
3. Take it and place on a small plate and leave it to cool down for 5 minutes.
4. Add all your preferred toppings. I combined yogurt with fruit and poured on top of the cake, added extra fruit, chia seeds and hemp seeds!
Topped with 6 layered protein bar from Myprotein in peanut butter, it has such a great mixture of different flavours, high in protein and low in added sugar.
