"I suffer from Dyspraxia which means my balance and co-ordination issues can make physical activities more challenging than for most people. I understood that Jake had experience working with clients who had difficulty in these areas. Certain exercises we undertook during training didn’t work well with my lower level of balance and co-ordination, when this occurred Jake was able to adjust the exercise or come up with an alternative which worked on the same muscle groups, meaning that the outcome we were seeking in an exercise could be achieved. After a number of years of inactivity I was keen to regain some level of fitness. Long standing injuries meant I wanted to be sure the personal trainer was suitably qualified and understood the problems. Jake immediately gave me confidence that he understood my particular problems. Much more directed efforts then definitely improved the weaker areas. After seeing a number of PT’s I can say that Jake is the most knowledgeable and user friendly of them all. He appears to have a complete understanding of how the body works and how any weaknesses can be strengthened. Jake gives his full attention over the period of the session and mixes up exercises so that the training is never the same. He is fun to train with and always explains the purpose of the particular exercise. He is always patient and very happy to give a technical answer if asked. I would definitely recommend Jake to anyone who wanted to improve their fitness. He is a former athlete and understands the demands that sports put on the body. I would also recommend him to anyone with a particular injury.

I was a regular gym goer but realised I needed professional help to challenge me and to concentrate, in a methodical way, on certain aspects of my training, mainly, strength, cardio and balance. I chose Jake because I had seen him train others and because he had the theoretical (BSc Sports Conditioning and Coaching ) and practical knowledge to give me, new, realistic, goals in structured and safe way. This proved to be the case as Jake took time to understand my needs and then develop my training in both a structured and challenging way, without risking injury but encouraging me to more than I would if left to my own devices. Jake’s approach is always very personable,  the sessions are never boring and very varied with me learning new things each time. I have improved enormously over the three years I have been with him. I would wholeheartedly recommend Life Force Fitness to both young or older gym users or those who want to make a start to get fitter.

My experience with personal trainers is limited. However, it is the variety of exercises I really love - no two sessions are the same. Whereas in a usual gym you end up doing the same routine over and over again. Also, I can see that Jake has a vast knowledge of the way the body works and can deal with various situations like exercising after an operation or injury. A very friendly, relaxed and humorous approach.  It is challenging and Jake does push you, but it he is encouraging. Sessions are fun, and afterwards you feel the benefit. I would recommend anyone who is dissatisfied with their fitness and body. Also, any one needing specialised attention after an operation or injury as I mentioned earlier.

My recent medical history had seen me being very inactive and confined. However, as my condition improved, I wanted a PT who had expertise in improving flexibility and mobility as well as the standard fitness and muscle tone outcomes. Armed with a massive list of ailments and drug related side effects, Jake set about putting a plan together. His phased approach has certainly benefited me, as did his graduated increase in the amount and intensity of cardiovascular exercise, delivered in response to observing improvements in my performance in this area and so has been done in a safe way. With a massive library of techniques and the ability to improvise once a problem has been highlighted, Jake has been able to tailor solutions. Also, Jake's consideration of psychological and wellbeing factors has been enlightening. He is very easy to communicate with and makes me feel at home in the gym. Jake has been a fundamental part of my rehabilitation and improvement into the future, as well as being able to enjoy conversations that go beyond the confines of fitness. I will continue to tell my story to friends and acquaintances.

Since training with Adi and Life Force Fitness I've changed my lifestyle and eating habits. Meditation has become a part of my life. The quality of my sleep has improved. I've learned to be grateful. The workouts I do fit perfectly for my daily routine. The pace and guidance from Adi have helped me to learn the right technique of the exercises. I have changed my mindset. In Life Force Fitness I found support, inspiration and motivation. Adi, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do! You are my role model!

I started training with Life Force Fitness because I accidentally saw an online training session with Adi and I did it, I felt great, I was also looking for a coach! I wanted to find a coach and a program to recover after pregnancy and childbirth, but Adi exceeded my expectations! I chose Life Force because I felt that Adi was the coach! She resolved my problems! After childbirth, I was holding onto water in my legs, I had low back pain, pain in my shoulder, but with her training programme I got back in shape, all my issues were resolved! I like everything in Life Force, I like Adi as a person, the workouts are amazing! I would summarize the experience as a whole with great gratitude to Adi and that she made my life better, made my body look better! I would recommend the academy to friends and close family who need a new incentive for better health!

I first met Jake many years ago when I first started training after putting on a few pounds. Jake spent time talking to me and persuaded me to rejoin. I decided to use Jake for personal training because his knowledge with health and fitness is second to none, he has a fantastic manner when training making you as a client comfortable but pushing you to do you best at all times. I would recommend Jake to anyone he is a fantastic trainer.

Jake has been my personal trainer for more than two years now. I am 90 years old and Jake has taken this on board concentrating successfully on improving my posture and strength, bearing in mind my age and relative lack of mobility but still pushing me, in the nicest possible way, to improve my performance on the various pieces of apparatus in the gym. I now look forward to our twice weekly sessions. I miss them if for some reason one of us is not available, I feel better after them and, above all, they’re enjoyable due, in large part, to Jakes affable personality and his ability and willingness to adjust his approach to suit my particular needs. I recommend him without hesitation even if like me you are not a typical gym user or if you do, for some reason, have limitations on what you can perform.

I began training with Jake for two reasons;  his qualifications and because he was clearly, from my own observation, the true professional trainer. Jake is an amazing communicator and teacher, of high intellect - as well as being an inspirational athlete. Also, before I actually contacted Jake I had become aware of him, because his reputation, goes before him. He is extremely well regarded as a trainer and also for the excellent classes he runs. Jake addressed well the many issues I have with my ageing body and inspired me to go forward with confidence, to  physically grow stronger and reap great positive enjoyment from our weekly sessions. The programme Jake developed for me is ongoing and I feel great benefit from all the exercising we do together. I really can feel greater strength and wellbeing therefore. I particularly get great benefit when working out with Jake from his great communication skills - the way he explains in detail what we are about to do, but more importantly, why we will do it. After a certain age we need to strengthen parts of our bodies which help us with core strength, if we are to maintain high activity levels into our older age. He is a great motivator - which is something we all need!

I wanted to be able to run again and Jake helped me to strengthen all my limbs but particularly my hips and core. Jake has listened and studied my strengths and weaknesses and tailored a programme of exercises specifically for me. I liked the great balance between cardio and strength training, and how floor exercises are just as valuable as using the equipment. Jake has a friendly manner, and if I struggle to grasp the exercise he is happy to repeat it over and over! Jake demonstrates how the exercise should be done so at no time have I pulled a muscle or injured myself. He explains what muscles are working and has great knowledge of the body and what exercises will produce the desired results. I would summarise the experience as great fun, I have have totally fallen in love with the gym and exercising this way. I would definitely recommend Life Force Fitness.

I followed Adi on Instagram, long before I joined Life Force Fitness. I watched her train, what advice she gave and not long after that I became part of her team. It is important to perform the exercise correctly in order to have the necessary effect and to avoid injury. During training, you get a lot of guidance, and over time, you no longer experience difficulties related to the way of execution. Life Force helped me improve my eating habits. This was the hardest part for me. But over time, habits of proper and healthy eating were developed and the results were there. What I like about Life Force is that you get attention, care from the trainer, advice and Adi who is always ready to support you, to help you. Another thing that impressed me was that the program includes practices to improve mental health, including meditations. Taking care of your mental health is an important part of our health and everyday life. My experience as a whole with Life Force has been an adventure and a personal challenge. Life Force Fitness helped me achieve a lot of changes in my lifestyle. I manage to train 4 times a week, and both my strength and the complexity of the workouts has increased. I feel great in my body, besides strength training, I also do a lot more cardio. I have also received help with my diet, and manage to eat everything I love without depriving myself, while still feeling full and losing weight. In addition to exercises and nutrition, I also acquired many other useful habits - regular stretching, meditating, taking cold showers. I have made huge progress with my balance, flexibility, endurance and feel much more energetic and rested than ever before.

After watching a lot of videos and a lot of deliberation, I decided to trust Adi and Life Force Fitness. Now it was time to take my life in my own hands, and from what I could see as content on social media I decided to give it a try. I chose Life Force because I saw that it is not only exercise, but the coaches also pay attention to mental health and more. The program helped me so much with all the information it gave me. I found helpful to have someone to turn to for questions or any problems. The decision I made to enrol in Life Force was the best decision I ever made because it helped me realise many things. It helped me realise it's all in my head! Adi's approach is unique. She constantly gives guidance so that you perform the exercises correctly and she really motivates you!
